Filipe's work spans consumer product development, heat exchanger design, aviation tooling, agricultural machinery, industrial processing and large-scale building services. Most recently, he led the end-to-end development of load-bearing consumer products for global markets: concept, FEA validation, prototyping and mass production with offshore suppliers.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (PUCRS, Brazil) and an MBA in Project Management (FGV), combining hands-on design with the project control needed to deliver on time and on budget. His qualifications and competencies have been assessed by Engineers Australia at Professional Engineer level (Mechanical Engineer).
